Ingredients

cabbage shredded
1 cup
raw papaya shredded
1/2 cup
lotus stem thinly sliced
1 small
onion thinly sliced

ginger julienne

basil leaves (ruffly chopped)
1 tsp
fresh garlic leaves(finely chopped)
2 tsp
tbsp coriander leaves(finely chopped)
1/2 cup
cup White Peas boiled
1 tsp
Roasted chickpea powder
1/2 tsp
Roasted red chillies crushes
1/2 tsp
Roasted Perilla seeds
1/4 cup
black salt
1 tsp
lemon juice

To taste salt.

Instructions

Take a bowl, add the cabbage (shredded), Raw papaya (shredded), thinly sliced lotus stem, Thinly sliced onion, ginger julienne,chopped chives chopped basil leaves, boiled white peas.

Mix together roasted chickpeas powder, roasted crushed chillies and roasted perilla seeds powder or sesame seed with pink salt and normal salt as per taste.

Add spice mix to the vegetables mix, Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix the ingredients nicely together. Serve it immediately.
